Shipping policy
At LyFeed, we strive to deliver your pet essentials safely and efficiently across India. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.
## Order Processing
* All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.
* Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

## Shipping Coverage
* We currently ship only within India.
* Delivery services are provided through our logistics and courier partners based on serviceability.
## Shipping Charges
* A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.
* Orders above ₹999 qualify for Free Shipping.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
## Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
* Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
* Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
* Remote & Rural Locations: 7–15 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control shall not make LyFeed liable for compensation. ([TermsFeed][2])
## Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address, phone number, or recipient name is provided:
* LyFeed shall not be responsible for delivery failures.
* Additional shipping charges for re-delivery or re-shipment must be paid by the customer.
## Order Tracking
Tracking information will be shared once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are controlled by courier partners and may take up to 48 hours to reflect.
## Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to:
* Customer unavailability
* Incorrect address
* Refusal to accept the package
the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
## Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
* Any shipping issue must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date shown in the tracking system.
* Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
* LyFeed reserves the right to investigate with the courier partner before providing any resolution.
* Compensation, replacement, or refund decisions remain solely at LyFeed's discretion.Â
## Cash on Delivery (COD)
* COD may be available on eligible orders and locations.
* LyFeed reserves the right to disable COD for any customer, location, or order without explanation.
* Orders rejected at delivery may result in future COD restrictions.
## Force Majeure
LyFeed shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, pandemics, transportation disruptions, government actions, strikes, or courier service interruptions.
## Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
LyFeed reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or verify any order suspected of fraud, abuse, pricing errors, stock issues, or policy violations.
